The reality is that most customers use SFTP to access their web server should they need to transfer files. Access to create, delete or modify databases are managed through your Google Cloud Platform Console. If you need to perform a backup or your WordPress installation, we highly recommend using Backupbuddy. To backup or restore your entire web server, you use Snapshots within your Google Cloud Platform Console. It’s very rare that anyone would need to use cPanel since most everything cPanel offers is already managed either through your WordPress Dashboard or your Google Cloud Platform Console itself.
